These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without prejudice to the mandatory protection afforded to consumers under the law of the European Union Member State of the consumer's habitual residence, in accordance with Article 6 of Regulation (EC) Nº 593/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 June 2008 on the law applicable to contractual obligations (Rome I).
Any dispute arising from or in connection with the Website or these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Vilnius, Republic of Lithuania, without prejudice to the mandatory jurisdictional rules applicable to consumer disputes under Regulation (EU) Nº 1215/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12 December 2012 (Brussels I bis).
Consumers resident in the European Union have the right to refer disputes to the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform, available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, in accordance with Regulation (EU) Nº 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 May 2013 on online dispute resolution for consumer disputes.
In Lithuania, the competent authority for consumer protection matters is the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (Valstybinė vartotojų teisių apsaugos tarnyba — VVTAT), Vilniaus g. 25, LT-01402 Vilnius (https://vvtat.lrv.lt). Consumer complaints may be lodged with the VVTAT under the alternative dispute resolution procedure established by the Republic of Lithuania Law on Consumer Protection (Nº I-657).
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unenforceable or contrary to mandatory law, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
