GLOBAL BRIDGE LLC — Albuquerque, New Mexico. Our correspondent firm for cross-border matters with a United States perimeter and for the joint coordination of real estate investment vehicles connecting US capital to European opportunities. The arrangement is reciprocal: GLOBAL BRIDGE LLC coordinates US-side matters and acts as our United States point of contact; ARLINSA coordinates the European perimeter and acts as their Lithuanian point of contact.
For Spanish and Portuguese matters, we coordinate with selected licensed counsel in Sevilla and Lisbon. Engagements are matter-specific; no exclusivity is granted in either direction. The selection of local counsel is made on a case-by-case basis, against the nature of the mandate.
For regulated financial licensing matters within Lithuania — payment institutions, electronic money institutions, crypto-asset service providers under MiCA — we coordinate with licensed legal and regulatory firms authorised to present before the Bank of Lithuania. We do not name those firms publicly; their identity is disclosed under engagement.
Selected Swiss and DACH-region fiduciary partners are engaged on a per-matter basis where the perimeter of a mandate requires it. The same principle applies to other corridors: the partner is selected for the matter, not the matter for the partner.
